You have viewed thousands of house plans and you finally have located one that almost is perfect. We can modify this plan to be a perfect fit for you and your family. In order for us to modify this plan you will need to purchase the reproducible master, PDF file or the CAD file. These plan packages grant us the right to modify the plan. It is illegal for us to modify a “paper set “plan set without you purchasing a modifiable set of plans. Changes can range from creating an alternate foundation, expanding or shrinking a room, adding another garage, changing the exterior look.

We can also incorporate our “Code Review” service into the modification.
