About Us

We are a small design firm located in Southern New York. We have an on staff New York Professional Engineer and a New Jersey Architect.

Our On Staff CPBD (Certified Professional Building Designer) has over 40 years experience designing both residential and commercial projects. The CPBD seal is accepted in many states; generally we work in CT, VA, OH and PA, and we are licensed to work in any state, which will accept a CPBD seal.
